Mail [email protected] met je appversie, apparaat, iOS- of iPadOS-versie, thema, taal, moeilijkheidsniveau en een korte beschrijving van het probleem. Vermeld alleen wat nodig is; laat persoonsgegevens van kinderen, verstopadressen, aankoopgegevens en het volledige ouderpakket weg.
Je eerste speurtocht
De handleiding helpt je van themakeuze tot beloning. Mori en de Verdwenen Schaduw is volledig gratis. Voor andere avonturen is de eenmalige ontgrendeling nodig. De catalogus en beschrijvingen kun je gratis bekijken.
Printen en PDF
Open je voorbereiding en bekijk het printpakket. Kies A4 of US Letter, sla het PDF op of print via de deelopties van je apparaat. Print op ware grootte wanneer een puzzel knip- of vouwmateriaal bevat. Controleer de ouderinstructies en verstop losse zoekkaartjes apart waar het pakket dat aangeeft. Houd antwoorden en de beloningsplek bij de volwassenen.
De groep zit vast
Lees de opdracht en bekijk de fysieke aanwijzing samen. Gebruik daarna een hint. De ouderingang biedt verdere hulp en waar nodig doorgaan met een puzzel. Bij een erg lastige speurtocht kun je een nieuw avontuur op Rustig voorbereiden; een opgeslagen avontuur houdt zijn oorspronkelijke puzzels.
Aankopen herstellen
Open in het oudergedeelte de knop voor alle avonturen en kies Aankopen herstellen. Rond de oudercontrole af en gebruik hetzelfde Apple Account als bij de oorspronkelijke aankoop. Zorg voor internet. Is een aankoop nog in afwachting van gezinsgoedkeuring, wacht dan op de goedkeuring van Apple. De gratis speurtocht blijft beschikbaar.
Prijs niet beschikbaar
De app haalt de actuele lokale prijs bij Apple op. Controleer je verbinding en probeer opnieuw. Een ontbrekende prijs is geen bevestiging van een aankoop. Er is geen abonnement. Apple beheert betalingen en eventuele terugbetalingen via Report a Problem.
Pauzeren, hervatten en verwijderen
Voortgang wordt lokaal bewaard zodat je het avontuur op hetzelfde apparaat kunt voortzetten. Je voorbereidingen staan in Mijn speurtochten; daar kun je ze ook verwijderen. Verwijder de app niet om een probleem op te lossen voordat je rekening hebt gehouden met verlies van de lokale speurtochten. Er is geen Clumori-account of synchronisatie tussen apparaten.
Internet en apparaten
Clumori werkt op iPhone en iPad met iOS of iPadOS 17 of nieuwer. Eenmaal voorbereid kun je samen offline spelen. Voor aankopen, herstellen en webhulp heb je internet nodig; draadloos printen kan een lokale netwerkverbinding nodig hebben. Het spel gebruikt één gedeeld apparaat. Lees ook de privacyverklaring.

Your first hunt
The guide takes you from theme selection to the reward. Mori and the Missing Shadow is fully free. Other adventures require the one-time unlock. Browsing the catalog and descriptions is free.
Printing and PDFs
Open your preparation and view the print packet. Choose A4 or US Letter, save the PDF or print using your device’s share options. Print at actual size for puzzles with cutting or folding. Read the parent instructions and hide loose search cards separately when directed. Keep answers and the reward location with the grown-ups.
When the team gets stuck
Read the task and examine the physical clue together, then use a hint. The parent entry offers additional help and puzzle continuation where needed. If a hunt is too difficult, prepare a new one on Gentle; a saved hunt keeps its original puzzles.
Restoring purchases
In the parent area, open the all-adventures button and choose Restore purchases. Complete the parent check and use the Apple Account that made the original purchase. Connect to the internet. A purchase awaiting family approval remains pending until Apple approves it. The free hunt remains available.
Price unavailable
The app loads the current local price from Apple. Check your connection and retry. A missing price does not confirm a purchase. There is no subscription. Apple handles payments and refund requests through Report a Problem.
Pause, resume and delete
Progress is saved locally so you can continue on the same device. Find and delete preparations in My hunts. Deleting the app can remove local hunts, so consider this before reinstalling to troubleshoot. There is no Clumori account or cross-device synchronisation.
Internet and devices
Clumori supports iPhone and iPad with iOS or iPadOS 17 or later. Once prepared, a hunt can be played offline on one shared device. Purchases, restoration and web help need internet; wireless printing may require a local network. Read the privacy policy.
