Email [email protected] with the app version, iOS version, what you tried, and what happened. Do not send meter cupboard photos, meter numbers, serial numbers, circuit details, or full QR codes unless support explicitly asks.

Taking or choosing a photo

Check iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera if the camera is unavailable. Existing photos are selected through the system photo picker.

Labels and circuits

Components are not recognised automatically. Place labels manually and record only information you can support with an existing label, document, or professional confirmation.

PDF sharing or printing

The circuit card is photo-free. The two-page meter cupboard passport includes the overview photo. Check photos for meter readings, serial numbers, barcodes, and other details before sharing.

QR import

Open QR import inside Meterkast and scan there. The regular iPhone Camera app is not the import route. Review the preview before replacing the local dossier.

Not a technical helpdesk

Meterkast records information but does not identify, inspect, or diagnose installations. For faults, unsafe situations, or technical questions, contact the appropriate professional or responsible party.
