Geen dataverzameling door Big Apps

Yourling heeft geen account, advertenties, tracking, analytics of ontwikkelaarscloud. De app stuurt je Yourling, band- of spelgegevens, foto’s, QR-codes, ontmoetingen, geluid of gebruiksgedrag niet naar Big Apps.

Lokale appgegevens

De app bewaart lokaal de vaste blauwdruk van je Yourling, onthulling, band- en levensvoortgang, spelvoortgang, instellingen en bekende ontmoetingen. Een pseudonieme eigenaaridentiteit wordt lokaal bewaard in iOS-opslag en de Keychain om dezelfde blauwdruk stabiel te houden. Big Apps ontvangt deze identiteit niet.

Widgets en Apple Watch

De Home- en Lock Screen-widgets lezen een beperkte momentopname via de gedeelde App Group-container. De gekoppelde Apple Watch ontvangt de huidige Yourling en kan aanrakingen terugsturen via WatchConnectivity. Deze gegevens blijven binnen je Apple-apparaten.

Camera, Foto’s en delen

De camera wordt alleen geopend wanneer je zelf een foto wilt maken of een bezoekcode scant. Camerabeelden worden niet naar Big Apps gestuurd. Yourling vraagt alleen toestemming om een gekozen foto, achtergrond, sticker of ontmoetingskaart aan Foto’s toe te voegen. Gedeelde bestanden verlaten de app pas nadat jij de systeemdeelknop gebruikt; daarna geldt het beleid van de gekozen dienst.

QR en lokaal netwerk

Een bezoekcode bevat de zichtbare informatie die nodig is om twee Yourlings te laten ontmoeten. Na zo’n bewuste ontmoeting kan een voorgrond-only luisterkring een eerder bekende Yourling op het lokale netwerk herkennen. De verbinding gebruikt Apple-systeemvoorzieningen, duurt maximaal vijftien minuten en maakt geen openbaar profiel of locatiegeschiedenis.

Meldingen

Optionele herinneringen worden lokaal door iOS gepland. Big Apps gebruikt geen pushserver en ontvangt geen meldingstokens.

App Store en betalingen

Apple verzorgt de installatie en aankopen. Yourling gebruikt lokaal App Store-transactie-identiteiten om de inbegrepen Yourling stabiel te houden, gekochte Hatches één keer te leveren en deze vanuit de aankoopgeschiedenis te herstellen. Big Apps ontvangt via de app geen betaalkaart-, factuur- of aankoopgeschiedenis.

Supportcorrespondentie

Als je vrijwillig e-mailt naar support of privacy, verwerkt Big Apps je e-mailadres, bericht en gegevens die je zelf meestuurt uitsluitend om je vraag te beantwoorden en de supportgeschiedenis te onderhouden. De e-mail- en hostingproviders kunnen daarbij als verwerker optreden. Deze gegevens worden niet gebruikt voor advertenties, tracking of analytics en worden niet langer bewaard dan nodig voor support en toepasselijke wettelijke verplichtingen. Je kunt via [email protected] inzage of verwijdering vragen. De app verstuurt deze correspondentie niet zelf.

Wissen en bewaren

Meer → App resetten verwijdert lokale onthulling, band-, spel-, ontmoeting-, widget- en Watch-gegevens uit de app. Opgeslagen foto’s en systeemmachtigingen worden niet verwijderd. De inbegrepen Yourling en gekochte Hatches kunnen opnieuw uit de App Store-transactiegeschiedenis worden opgebouwd; gewiste onthullings-, band- en spelgeschiedenis wordt niet hersteld. Big Apps heeft geen cloudkopie. Verwijder de app via iOS om de overige appcontainer te verwijderen.

Deze website

De privacy- en supportpagina’s gebruiken geen advertentienetwerk of analytics. De hosting- en beveiligingsleveranciers kunnen normale technische verzoekgegevens verwerken, zoals IP-adres, tijdstip, browserinformatie en opgevraagde pagina, om de site te leveren en te beveiligen.

Wijzigingen

Bij een wezenlijke wijziging in de gegevensverwerking wordt dit beleid bijgewerkt voordat de gewijzigde app wordt gepubliceerd.

No collection by Big Apps

Yourling has no account, ads, tracking, analytics, or developer cloud. The app does not send your companion, relationship or game data, photos, QR codes, encounters, audio, or usage activity to Big Apps.

On-device data

The app stores your Yourling’s stable blueprint, reveal, relationship and life progress, game progress, settings, and known encounters locally. A pseudonymous owner identity is kept in iOS storage and Keychain to keep the blueprint stable. Big Apps does not receive that identity.

Widgets and Apple Watch

Home and Lock Screen widgets read a limited snapshot through the shared App Group container. The paired Apple Watch receives the current Yourling and can return touch events through WatchConnectivity. This data stays between your Apple devices.

Camera, Photos, and sharing

The camera opens only when you choose to take a photo or scan a visit code. Camera images are not sent to Big Apps. Yourling requests add-only Photos access only when you save a selected photo, wallpaper, sticker, or meeting card. Shared files leave the app only after you use the system share sheet; the chosen service’s policy then applies.

QR and local network

A visit code contains the visible information needed for two Yourlings to meet. After that deliberate meeting, a foreground-only listening circle can recognize a previously known Yourling on the local network. It uses Apple system services, lasts at most fifteen minutes, and creates no public profile or location history.

Notifications

Optional reminders are scheduled locally by iOS. Big Apps has no push server and receives no notification token.

App Store and payments

Apple handles installation and purchases. Yourling uses App Store transaction identifiers locally to keep the included Yourling stable, deliver each purchased Hatch once, and restore Hatches from purchase history. Big Apps receives no payment-card, billing, or purchase-history data through the app.

Support correspondence

If you voluntarily email support or privacy, Big Apps processes your email address, message, and anything you choose to include solely to answer your request and maintain the support history. Email and hosting providers may act as processors. This information is not used for advertising, tracking, or analytics and is retained no longer than needed for support and applicable legal obligations. You can request access or deletion at [email protected]. The app does not send this correspondence itself.

Deletion and retention

More → Reset app removes local reveal, relationship, game, encounter, widget, and Watch data from the app. Saved photos and system permissions are not removed. The included Yourling and purchased Hatches can be reconstructed from App Store transaction history; deleted reveal, relationship, and game history is not restored. Big Apps has no cloud copy. Delete the app through iOS to remove its remaining app container.

This website

These privacy and support pages use no advertising network or analytics. Website hosting and security providers may process ordinary request data such as IP address, time, browser information, and requested page to deliver and secure the site.

Changes

Material changes to data handling will be reflected here before the changed app is published.
