Email [email protected]. Include the app version, Apple device, iOS, iPadOS, or watchOS version, what you tried, and what happened. Do not include a photo, complete QR code, stable Yourling ID, or other personal content unless support explicitly asks after discussing the issue.

First encounter

Open Yourling and tap the button to begin the first encounter. No account or in-app purchase is required. If verification fails, check the App Store connection and try again. After first launch, the core experience works without an internet connection.

Camera and Photos

You can change camera access later in Settings → Apps → Yourling → Camera. Photos access is needed only to add a result you choose to save. Yourling does not request access to your complete photo library.

Meeting another Yourling

On both iPhones, open More → Meet another Yourling. Scan the visit code inside Yourling, not with the regular Camera app. A listening circle requires both apps to be open, Local Network access to be allowed, and the Yourlings to have met through QR before.

Widgets

Open Yourling at least once and complete the first encounter. Then add the Yourling widget from the Home or Lock Screen. If a widget stays empty or stale, reopen the app and allow iOS a moment to refresh its timeline.

Apple Watch

Install the companion through the Watch app on iPhone. Open Yourling on iPhone first so it can send the current snapshot. Touches made while Watch is temporarily offline are queued and delivered to iPhone after reconnection.

iPad

Yourling is a universal app and should use the full iPad space. For a layout problem, include the iPad model, orientation, window size, and a screenshot.

Reset app

More → Reset app deletes local reveal, relationship and game progress, encounters, widget, and Watch data. This cannot be undone. Saved photos and system permissions remain. Yourling has no developer account or cloud from which Big Apps can restore that history.

Purchases

Your first Yourling is included. In Collection, you can optionally buy a Hatch; each Hatch reveals exactly one additional Yourling. The odds are visible before purchase. Restore Hatches synchronizes your App Store purchase history. The same transaction can never add two Yourlings. There is no subscription.
