Restoring a backup

Restoration requires both the backup file and its recovery code. Woningboek does not store the recovery code and cannot recover a lost code.

Scanning a QR code

Check camera access in Settings. Make sure the complete QR code is well lit and sharp in the camera view.

Home transfer

Before confirming, compare the eight digits on both devices. The temporary pairing expires after thirty minutes. For a large home book, use the encrypted file through AirDrop or Files.

Deleting data

Open More and choose Erase all local app data to remove all Woningboek data on that device. Previously shared files remain until you delete them where they are stored.
