No data collection

Woningboek has no account, ads, tracking, or analytics. The app does not send home data or usage data to Big Apps or other parties.

Data on your device

You can store home information, maintenance records, documents, and home accounts. These remain on the device. Passwords and access codes are protected separately and are only shown after unlocking.

Camera and biometrics

The camera is used only to scan QR codes. Camera images are not stored or sent. Face ID, Touch ID, and the device passcode are processed by the operating system; Woningboek receives no biometric data.

Sharing and backups

Data leaves the app only when you choose to share it, for example through QR, PDF, backup, or home transfer. Files saved or shared outside Woningboek are your responsibility and subject to the chosen receiving app or service.

Retention and deletion

Data stays on the device until you delete it. Use Erase all local app data to remove all information from Woningboek. Previously shared or separately saved files must be deleted where they are stored.

Changes

This policy will be updated before publishing any material change in data processing.
