Who makes Clumori?

Clumori is published by Big Apps, the independent app studio of Andre de Groot in the Netherlands. Email privacy questions to [email protected].

The app collects no data for Big Apps

Clumori has no account, ads, tracking or analytics. Names, hiding places, answers and progress are not sent to Big Apps. The app has no chat or public player profiles.

Data on your device

You can enter a name or nickname, age, group size, hiding places and reward location. Preparations, puzzle content, answers, hints, progress, language and sound preferences are stored locally on your iPhone or iPad. A nickname is enough. This data may be included in a device backup depending on your Apple settings.

Printing and sharing

Clumori creates the print packet on your device. A PDF goes to another app, storage service or printer only when you choose to share or print it. The packet includes parent pages with answers and your chosen locations. Check it first and give children only the intended play pages. Copies outside Clumori are also subject to the selected service’s terms.

Purchases through Apple

An optional one-time purchase unlocks the extra adventures. Apple processes payments and purchase history under Apple’s privacy policy. Clumori uses StoreKit to verify access. The app sends no payment details or individual purchase history to a Big Apps server. Buying and restoring require internet; Apple may ask you to sign in.

Device access

This version requests no camera, microphone, photo, contact or location access. Sound and spoken text play on your device. Clumori does not record audio or images.

Children and the parent check

A grown-up prepares the hunt and supervises the group. Purchases, restoration and external help pages require a parent check. Personalisation is used only locally for the shared adventure.

Retention and deletion

Delete saved hunts in My hunts. Deleting the app removes local app data; choose Delete App rather than Offload App in your device settings. Manage or delete backups and exported PDFs separately where you saved them. Purchases remain associated with your Apple Account and can be restored.

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and anything you attach. We use these to respond and maintain support history. Email providers may process the correspondence. We retain it only as needed for support and applicable obligations. Please omit children’s names, home addresses, complete print packets and receipts from an initial request. Contact [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion. You can also contact the Dutch Data Protection Authority about a privacy complaint.
